As a user of BillboardBee, you have several rights regarding your personal data. Here we explain what each right means and how you can exercise them.
Right to information and access

What you can request: A copy of all your personal data, information about processing purposes, categories of data, recipients of the data.
Response time: Within 30 days (free for first request)
Right to rectification

When you can use this right: When you discover that we have incorrect or incomplete information about you.

Right to erasure ("Right to be forgotten")
You have the right to have your personal data deleted under certain circumstances.

Right to restriction of processing

What you get: Your data in JSON or CSV format that you can use with other service providers.
Applies to: Data processed based on consent or contract and processed automatically.
Right to object
You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest or public interest.
Especially for marketing: You always have the right to object to direct marketing, including profiling for such purposes.
How to Exercise Your Rights

- Email address associated with your account
- Which right you wish to exercise
- Specific details about your request
2. Via your account
Some rights you can exercise directly in your BillboardBee account:
- Update your profile information
- Change marketing settings
- Download your campaign data
- Delete your account
3. Identity verification
To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. This may involve:
- Confirmation via your registered email address
- Answering security questions about your account
- In some cases, copy of valid identification
Response Times and Fees
- Response time: Within 30 days (may be extended to 60 days for complex requests)
- Fees: Normally free, but we may charge a reasonable fee for repeated or clearly unfounded requests
- Language: We respond in Swedish or English
If We Reject Your Request
If we cannot comply with your request, we will:
- Explain the reasons for the rejection
- Inform you of your right to complain
