Terms of Purchase

1. General

These general terms apply to all agreements for the purchase of advertising space on digital and physical billboards through Billboard Bee ("the Company"). By completing a purchase, the customer ("the Advertiser") accepts these terms in full.

2. Agreement and Booking Confirmation

A binding agreement arises when the Advertiser completes their booking and receives a booking confirmation from the Company. The booking confirmation is sent via email and contains all relevant information about the booking.

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices are stated excluding VAT unless otherwise specified
• Invoice is sent electronically with 30 days payment terms
• In case of late payment, interest is charged according to the Interest Act
• The Company reserves the right to stop campaigns in case of non-payment

4. Campaign Material

• The Advertiser is responsible for providing campaign material in the correct format
• Material must be delivered at least 3 business days before campaign start
• The Company reserves the right to reject material that violates law or good practice
• The Advertiser guarantees that they have the right to use all material in the campaign

5. Cancellation and Changes

• Cancellation must be made in writing via email
• Cancellation more than 14 days before campaign start: No fee
• Cancellation 7-14 days before campaign start: 50% of total cost
• Cancellation less than 7 days before campaign start: 100% of total cost

6. Liability and Warranties

The Company guarantees that the screens are available during the booked period, except for force majeure, technical failures or maintenance work. In case of downtime, the Advertiser is compensated with extended campaign time corresponding to the outage.

7. Personal Data

8. Disputes

Disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If the parties cannot agree, the dispute shall be settled by a Swedish court applying Swedish law.
