GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Application

These terms apply to all who (a) advertise ("Advertiser") or (b) lease land ("Landowner") via the BillboardBee platform.

2. Core service

BillboardBee matches Advertisers and Landowners but is not a party to the rental or advertising agreement; we are a technical intermediary.

3. Booking & payment

• Booking is binding when Advertiser clicks Confirm.
• Advertiser prepays the entire campaign amount; Landowner receives their share no later than 15 days after campaign start.
• Cancellation ≥14 days before start = full refund; <14 days = 50%.

4. Liability & insurance

• Landowner is responsible for physical structure and building permit; BillboardBee offers application service.
• BillboardBee has comprehensive insurance up to 5 M SEK; indirect damages are not covered.
• Advertiser is responsible for content legality (RO, alcohol law, political advertising, etc.).

5. User account

One (1) account per legal entity. Unauthorized sharing may be closed immediately.

6. Force Majeure

War, natural disaster, government decision or similar exempts party from damages and other consequences.

7. Applicable law & disputes

Swedish law. Disputes are resolved primarily through mediation, secondarily in Gothenburg District Court.
